HISTORIC PIECES MANUFACTURED BY LA CARTUJA DE SEVILLA
The Pickman Museum exhibits a collection of pieces and objects such astiles, architectural decorations, engraved copper plates , dinner services and artistic pieces which represented the factory at numerous international exhibitions and events .
The factory's artistic production received gold medals and first prizes at a series of events and exhibitions including: Paris (1856, 1867 and 1878), World Exposition of Barcelona in 1888, Madrid (1850 and 1907), Seville (1858, 1929 and 1949), Alicante (1860), Bayonne (1864), Vienna (1873), Moscow (1876), Cadiz (1862), Porto (1865), Mexico (1910), Philadelphia (1876) and Lugo (1910).
