How can one become one of La Cartuja de Sevilla's Collaborating retail outlets?
You can become a Collaborating retail outlet simply by phoning us and placing an initial order of 450 euros. You will receive a " welcome pack" with your order with identification stickers, catalogues and a ceramic catalogue stand manufactured by La Cartuja de Sevilla.
Who pays the transport costs of orders placed by retailers?
La Cartuja de Sevilla assumes the transport costs for orders sent to Mainland Spain and the Balearics whose minimum value is 450 € (net amount, before taxes). If the value is under 450 €, La Cartuja de Sevilla applies charge of 12 € plus VAT for transport and delivery costs.

Is there a minimum order for La Cartuja de Sevilla's retail outlets?
No. No we will serve any quantity required.
Are consignments insured?
Yes. La Cartuja de Sevilla will resolve any incidence - damage or loss - which may occur during transportation. The Collaborating retail outlet is given 48 hours to check the product thoroughly and notify us of any damaged pieces.
Can the plates, cups and bowls manufactured by La Cartuja de Sevilla be washed in a dishwasher?
Yes. The fact that the ceramic pieces are fired at extremely high temperatures during the manufacturing process together with the indelibility of the colours makes them completely dishwasher safe. However, pieces with gold banding (which are no longer manufactured) should not be washed in dishwashers.
Are the ceramic pieces manufactured by La Cartuja de Sevilla microwave safe?
Yes. The special characteristics of the La Cartuja de Sevilla ceramic pieces make them completely microwave safe. However, pieces with gold banding (which are no longer manufactured) should not be used in microwave ovens.
Are the colours of the tableware, artistic pieces and limited series indelible?
Yes. The firing process applied to all the fine ceramic pieces produced by La Cartuja de Sevilla fixes the colours rendering them indelible, thereby guaranteeing that they retain their quality over time.
Are the Pickman - La Cartuja de Sevilla factory and museum open to the public?
Yes. Both the La Cartuja de Sevilla factory and the Pickman Museum (a Site of Cultural Interest), can be visited either by individuals or groups to learn about the history of the company and the manufacturing process of the prestigious tableware or to look at the collection of historical pieces with their great artistic value.
