Can corporate gifts be delivered to a particular address?
Yes. La Cartuja de Sevilla will deliver the item to the address specified by the company. La Cartuja de Sevilla can arrange all the logistical requirements for transportation and delivery if the client so wishes.
Is there any delivery charge for corporate gifts?
If the value of the consignment to be delivered to an address in Mainland Spain or the Balearic Islands is at least 350 € (net amount, before taxes), there is no transport charge. If the value is under 350 €, La Cartuja de Sevilla applies a charge of 12 € plus VAT for transport and delivery costs. Transportation charges will be applied for each delivery address which does not reach this figure.
For deliveries to the Canaries, Ceuta, and Melilla, La Cartuja de Sevilla will assume transport costs if the value of the items is in excess of 600 €.
Is there a minimum order for corporate gifts?
No. We will provide any amount of pieces you may require.
Are the consignments insured by La Cartuja de Sevilla?
Yes. La Cartuja de Sevilla will resolve any incidence - damage or loss - which may occur during transportation. The recipient is given 48 hours to check the product thoroughly and notify us of any damaged pieces.
Can the pieces be washed in a dishwasher?
Yes. The fact that the ceramic pieces are fired at extremely high temperatures during the manufacturing process together with the indelibility of the colours makes them completely dishwasher safe. However, pieces with gold banding (which are no longer manufactured) should not be washed in dishwashers.
Can La Cartuja de Sevilla products be used in a microwave?
Yes. The special characteristics of the La Cartuja de Sevilla ceramic pieces make them completely microwave safe. However, pieces with gold banding (which are no longer manufactured) should not be used in microwave ovens.
Are the colours of the dinner services, tableware and pieces indelible?
Yes. The firing process applied to all the fine ceramic pieces produced by La Cartuja de Sevilla fixes the colours rendering them indelible, thereby guaranteeing their quality over time.
Are the Pickman - La Cartuja de Sevilla factory and museum open to the public?
Yes. Yes. Both the La Cartuja de Sevilla factory and the Pickman Museum (a Site of Cultural Interest), can be visited either by individuals or groups to learn about the history of the company and the manufacturing process of the prestigious tableware or to look at the collection of historical pieces with their great artistic value. |
