Can the La Cartuja de Sevilla ceramic pieces be washed in a dishwasher?
Yes, without any problem at all. The fact that the pieces are fired at extremely high temperatures during the manufacturing process together with the indelibility of the colours makes them completely dishwasher safe. However, pieces with gold banding (which are no longer manufactured) should not be washed in dishwashers.
Can the La Cartuja de Sevilla plates, cups and bowls be used in a microwave?
Yes, there is no problem at all because pieces from Cartuja de Seville are specifically manufactured with this in mind. However, pieces with gold banding (which are no longer manufactured) should not be used in microwaves.
Are the colours of the tableware, artistic pieces and limited series indelible?
Yes. The firing process of the fine china pieces fixes the colours completely which means that their quality is guaranteed to be maintained over time.
